The platform access fee represents a paid entitlement to access the connection service and remains valid until a successful connection is established, subject to the platform's prevailing policies.
A successful connection is deemed to occur once a user is connected to an available lawyer through the platform.
The RM60 fee charged by Noble Guide is a platform access fee for enabling connection to an available lawyer through the platform.
It is not a legal fee and is not charged for legal advice or legal services.
Any separate legal fees, if applicable, are to be agreed directly between the user and the lawyer.
